Atty. Norieva D. de Vega - Managing Partner, Philippine Family Lawyer

Atty. Norieva D. de Vega is the Managing Partner of the Firm. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law where she graduated Class Salutatorian . She also received the Silver Medal Second Honors award. Moreover, she was bestowed the Silver Medal for Academic Excellence for her achievements in the field of academics. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Before forming the firm, Atty. de Vega was connected with Carpio Villaraza & Cruz (CVC Law), where she practiced Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law and Litigation.

Atty. De Vega practices family law and is a known resource person when it comes to family law issues in the Philippines. She has given countless seminars on family law, most especially in the fields of Philippine annulment, Philippine legal separation and the anti-violence against women and children law.

Atty. De Vega is a law professor at the Far Eastern University Institute of Law where she teaches Constitutional Law Review.

In addition to teaching, Atty. De Vega hosts a radio show entitled "Ang Buhay at Batas”. It is a legal and lifestyle radio show aired every Tuesday 12:30-1:30 p.m. at DZRJ 810 AM and shown via livestreaming at Facebook and You Tube. 

Atty. Krisanto Karlo E. Nicolas - Senior Partner, Philippine Family Lawyer

Atty. Krisanto Karlo Nicolas, one of the Founding Partners, obtained his Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, where he graduated with Honors and was awarded the Silver Medal Second Honors award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines in Diliman.

Before forming the firm, Atty. Nicolas was connected with Sycip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan Law Offices, where he practiced Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, Corporate Law and Corporate Services, and Intellectual Property Law.

Aside from legal work, Atty. Nicolas also hosts "Ang Buhay at Batas", a legal and lifestyle radio show, aired every Tuesday 12:30-1:30 p.m. at DZRJ 810 AM.

As the head of the Litigation Department, Atty. Nicolas has handled numerous cases involving Philippine family law before the Office of the City Prosecutor, metropolitan trial courts, regional trial courts, Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the Philippines. 

Atty. Joeben T. De Jesus - Senior Associate, Philippine Family Lawyer

Atty. De Jesus has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Sto. Tomas, the oldest existing university in Asia. Furthermore, he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the same university where he was bestowed with the Best Thesis Award.

Atty. De Jesus specializes in assisting clients with cases concerning annulment of marriage and child support. With Atty. De Jesus leading the roster of associates, the Firm's clients can rest easy as they are in the best hands. 


Atty. Anna Gabrielle L. Sunga - Junior Associate, Philippine Family Lawyer

Atty. Anna Gabrielle L. Sunga obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines-Manila, where she graduated with Latin honors, as well as a candidate for the Best Thesis. Furthermore, she is armed with a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law.

During her time in law school, Anna was an active student associate at the Ateneo Legal Services Center and the Ateneo Human Rights Center. It was though these organizations that she first experienced handling criminal, civil, and administrative cases. She also honed her legal writing and legal research skills when she served as an intern at the Office of the Solicitor General.

Diligent, detail-oriented, and analytical, Anna is undeniably an asset to NDV Law. Her highly relevant skills combined with a compassionate heart, Anna brings value, not only to the Firm, but also to its clients. Undoubtedly, she is instrumental in enabling NDV Law to maintain its status as one of the best law firms in the country. 

Atty. Karlyn Mae E. Agcaoili - Junior Associate, Philippine Family Lawyer

Atty. Karlyn Mae E. Agcaoili has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law, where she graduated cum laude and ranked 7th in her class. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science from the same university, where she also graduated cum laude.

As a law student, Karlyn participated in various international debate competitions, and led the University of Santo Tomas Law Debate and Moot Society, serving as Vice President for Moot in 2017 and as President in 2018. Karlyn was also an Editor of the University of Santo Tomas Law Review, as well as an active member of the Golden Notes Committee.

Prior to her senior year in the law school, Atty. Karlyn served as a legal intern in the Public Attorney’s Office, where she assisted lawyers in preparing cases through research, formulating arguments, and drafting documents and pleadings.

Her devotion to research and clients’ cause helps the firm stay true to its mission of providing unparalleled legal services at a reasonable cost.
